Kings Beach

Resting on the beautiful north shore of Lake Tahoe, Kings Beach is where Tahoe lifestyles blend into a residential concoction of character, history, and entertainment. The artery of Kings Beach is a stretch of retail, restaurants, round-abouts, and rental businesses. However, it boasts some of the region’s classic local eateries, such as Char-Pit, Spindleshanks, and The Grid; and is also a few short miles from the legend of Garwoods. The beach is the primary summer draw in “KB,” and it’s easy to bike or walk into the places where things are happening. Homes here run the gamut from value-add to turnkey luxury. Northstar Resort is merely up and over Brockway Summit, as is the increasingly-famous Tahoe Rim Trail and access to the backcountry of Martis Peak. Diamond Peak and Mt.
